Rescheduling within 48 hours: $25

No showing a consultation: $25
No showing will be the full amount of the service you booked.

You must confirm your appointments through the vagaro app. If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment it is considered a no show and you will be charged the full amount of your service.
Please be sure to make all previous chemical processes known to your stylist. Chemical process can vary depending on hair type and previous services.
Discoloration of clothing is possible, please wear proper cloths. Sensible Beauty is not responsible for any discoloration of clothes and or loss of earrings or jewelry during appointments.
Refunds are not offered. Should you be unsatisfied with your service, a one-week window is available for adjustments, though product cost may be applied.
As each professional at Wave Salon operates independently, opting to see another stylist will result in full responsibility for their services. Sensible Beauty will not cover any associated costs for services rendered by other independent contractors.
